Construction of cabanas, greenhouses, gazebos, playhouses or similar buildings need approval from the Board BEFORE construction.

All trash and garage storage, including Edmond containers, must be screen from public street view. 

NO parking and/or storage of boats, trailers or vehicles are allowed in the neighborhood and/or on streets.

ONLY signs for sale or rent of property are allowed in yards. NO signage is allowed at neighborhood entrance except for day of open house.
